Tokyo, Osaka ... many Japanese cities are very modern. Walk inside an electronics store and it feels like going forward 50 years.

Anyways is we were talking about 2005, the answer will be Tokyo. The most modern city in the US is probably be Las Vegas?

As citites go, Tokyo, Osaka by far, no one comes close. Then I'd probably go for Hong Kong.
