It's a sea of short buildings, with a few tall ones sticking out here an there. There needs to be more tall buildings. 6/10.

It isn't a suburb area of Tokyo.
There are about 300km distance between Tokyo & Sendai.

Statue of the founder of Sendai City.

Date Masamune (伊達政宗, Date Masamune?) (1567–1636) was a Japanese samurai of the Azuchi-Momoyama period through early Edo period.Heir to a long line of powerful daimyo in the Tohoku region, he went on to found the modern-day city of Sendai. An outstanding tactician, he was made all the more iconic for his missing eye, for which he was often called "dokuganryū" (独眼竜), or the one-eyed dragon.

Nice looking city the downtown area looks good it's such a shame the coastal suburbs were wiped off the map in the tsunami. 7/10
