It is a bioclimatic scraper, so its priority is user-comfort and energy efficiency. It manages to look good nevertheless.
It has a 2 storey skyscourt in the upper part to allow natural ventilation and space for plants.
Are you sure its office baq? The book I have says its a residential.

The design is ok for a concrete building. The building make good use of atriums to maximise natural lighting and allowing cross ventilations. This kind of energy efficient building I like (good for the planet!!).
