Dubai's Emaar Properties today announced the launch of Fairways Clubside Residence, an upscale, high-rise development that is part of the popular Views community.
The Fairways is a three-tower development comprising one and two bedroom residential suites and has been designed to provide a lifestyle with amazing surroundings, increased leisure opportunities, a vast range of services and high living standards.
The Fairways follows the successful launch of Golf Towers last year which attracted an excellent response from first-time homeowners, young families, professionals and businessmen who need to be within easy driving distance of their places of work or leisure.
Applicants will have to register online at the Fairways' dedicated website (www.emaar.com/views/thefairways) and will be provided with a confirmation number. Once registration closes, e-registered applicants will be randomly selected by an independent auditor and invited to the launch on May 23 at the Dubai Marina Sales Centre, said a spokesman.
Only one tower-North-would be open for sales on that day. The e-invitation is valid for this day only. Purchase of The Fairways apartment will be validated in the name of the original e-registered client.
"Emaar is proud that it is pioneering on-line registration which is now widely acknowledged as a fair process," said Naaman Atallah, director of sales, Emaar Properties. "This process guarantees equal opportunity to everyone and reinstates Emaar's commitment to serve its customers better.
"We began by experimenting on-line registrations with Una at The Views last year. The transparency of the sales process was well received. We followed it up with Travo at The Views where we received nearly 500 applicants on-line in the very first hour of registrations being opened. Some from as far as the UK.
"The Fairways Clubside Residence is a wonderful project and I can see it being accorded the same tremendous response as the two earlier launches," Atallah added.
The high-rise towers overlook the Emirates Golf Club, like all the other Views communities. A three-level secure car park, garden and swimming pool amenities are located on a separate podium between the buildings and overlooking the Golf Course. Most apartments enjoy the golf course views or views across the lake.
Designed by Norr Group, the Fairways Clubside Residence community also boasts community barbecue amenities, 24-hour security, Gymnasium, delivery access and holding room, and party room, Park walkways.

Staff Report
Dubai:
Emaar Properties, a Dubai-based real estate developer, unveiled the Fairways Clubside Residence yesterday to meet demand for elegant residential suites around the Emirates Golf Club.
People can register online at www.emaar.ae for the upscale, high-rise complex that will be part of Emaar's The Views community.
"Emaar is proud that it is pioneering online registration, which is now widely acknowledged as a fair process," said Naaman Atta Allah, director of sales, Emaar Properties.
"This process guarantees equal opportunity to everyone and reinstates Emaar's commitment to serve its customers better," the official said.
"We began by experimenting online registrations with Una at The Views last year. The transparency of the sales process was well received. We followed it up with Travo at The Views, where we received nearly 500 applicants online in the very first hour of registrations being opened. Some from as far as the United Kingdom," Atta Allah said.
"The Fairways Clubside Residence is a wonderful project and I can see it being accorded the same tremendous response as the two earlier launches," the officials added.
The three towers in the complex, designed by Norr Group of Canada, will have one- and two-bedroom suites with a vast range of services and leisure opportunities.
The towers will overlook the Emirates Golf Club, like all communities in The Views. The complex will have a three-level secure car park, while gardens and swimming pools will be on a separate podium between the buildings and overlooking the Golf Course.
Fairways follows the launch of Golf Towers last year, which attracted many new buyers, young families, professionals, and businessmen who wanted to stay close to their places of work or leisure.

Þróndeimr May 27th, 2005, 02:20 PM Im not sure i favour those, looks a bit too boxy, but i guess Dubai needs a few of them as well. ;)
DUBAI June 2nd, 2005, 02:11 AM another version of the 'dubai standared tower'
if they are going to spend all the money to build towers this size, they should at least look appealing!

den2dxb January 24th, 2006, 07:11 AM These towers offer great views of the golf course. Must say, it would be nice to see soooo much green in Dubai. Plus, views of the marina.
DarkBlueBoss January 24th, 2006, 07:37 AM i dont know, they seem fine to me, very typical EMAAR ,

den2dxb January 25th, 2006, 03:05 PM A lot of folks will be yawning all the way to the bank, lol. From outside, above average. View from inside, well, that's going to be the thing that makes it special.
THE DUBAI GUYS April 13th, 2006, 02:32 PM CSHK tees off on Golf Towers phase 3
Local developer Emaar Properties has awarded CSHK Dubai Contracting (CSHK), the local affiliate of China State Construction Engineering (Hong Kong), an estimated AED 450 million ($127 million) contract to build the third phase of the Golf Towers complex. Phase 3 calls for the construction of three towers ranging from 30-35 storeys, podiums, a series of loft buildings, a health club and connecting bridges. The total built-up area is 116,700 square meters. Canada’s NORR Group Consultants International is the consultant. The local National Engineering Bureau (NEB) is the consultant.

Krazy April 13th, 2006, 02:52 PM Construction is long overdue for these now, it's been almost a year since they were launched
markmywords April 15th, 2006, 08:33 AM I think Emaar has readymade templates for the coming 10 years. Just plug and build more elongated matchboxes.
flares May 14th, 2006, 05:44 AM To all those negative commentators - the top part of the buildings (loft living) looks quite good in my view. But the rest is i guess quite standard stuff.

Haha yeah, I was about to say the same...this project may be "boring" and "dull" for Dubai - but for any other city, it would be welcomed with open arms! :D
Dubai is one truly amazing city, I've been once ('04) and will definately visit again, when most of these awesome projects are complete.
Keep it up, Emaar & Co! :D
BinDubai May 20th, 2006, 11:18 AM simply ugly get rid of them Emaar

Greg Fairways February 2nd, 2010, 06:39 AM Message regarding Service fees in The Views Community
I am owner of an apartment in Fairways West.
Emmar is projecting to increase the maintenance fees around 19 AED /sqf.
This increase is not justified and I would like to organize the association who will negotiate with Emaar in order to obtain the best cost for maintenance fees.
Please contact me if you are Owner of an apartment in The Views Community.
