Ali tower is I guess at MM Alam Road (if i am not wrong) , i passed by that in evening and saw that it is almost completed.

Anyone who was stupid enough to buy into Pace Towers must be desperate to sell. How do these owners sleep at night knowing their money might be forever lost or it might take many more years until they can unload their investment onto someone else.

At 9 am, no worker was at the site...

No workers were at the site even today, their Sales Office was open though...

I was told by a Pace insider that Pace had 3 projects going at same time and had enough money to complete only 2. Pace Towers was abandoned and the other 2 completed. At this moment there is NO money to complete Pace Towers and not likely to be any in the upcoming future.......sad.....disappointing......When those who already bought in Pace Towers call frantically asking when it will be completed, they are told,"work will start at the end of the month" or some other line to keep them quiet.....none of it is true.....when i walked into the sales office at Pace Towers and asked where the workers are, I was told, "They are all on break in the back" of course, there were no workers on break in the back.....

May be finishing is more harder than building a structure and as one of the partner assassinated and his son abducted, who knows?

:) Well i visited the site on 19th of this month and saw work beeing done inside. Thanks God they have commenced work. Also, I ahve been informed that they intend to relaunch the project in next few months.:banana:

There were 6 people working on this tower in 2008. Yes 6 people in total and even they were usually chilling on the roof top or sitting outside the tower enjoying water melons and oranges. It has nothing to do with his death. There is something fishy. I hope some kind of an investor buys this structure and i am pretty sure it will be bought by some 3rd party really soon.

It's almost completed. How much can it really cost to just finish it? Surely there is profit to be had from finishing it.

EVERY city karachi, lahore, and islamabad has a major empty sheel of an unfinished building

Karachi has the "hotel HYATT " shell that sits abandoned for 10+ years

Islamabad has "intercontinental" shell for 5 years

and Lahore will have this one
