Mine:

She sang partly in English; polls in Europe show that Europeans feel singing at least part of a song in English or French is "respectful" and "accomidating".

She makes Hebrew sound beautiful which, I think, is a difficult task. She has a soaring voice, never misses a note, and makes it all sound so easy. The song is beautiful, and the vocal arrangement is very nice.

Israel has been punished enough for holding the contest in the disputed city, it's time for Europeans to start voting as they did before 1999!

It's the best ballad of the year, by far...and if you want a ballad to win, you *really, really, really* have to vote, and push hard!

She was the best in the semi-final but in the final there will be popular countries like France, the u.k and Spain so I am not betting on #1 for 100% I really hope though:)
But I’m sure that she is in the top-5.
If it was 1993-4 or 1979 then we would see the Eurovision in Israel
Because unfortunately there is a direct connection between Israel winning in the Eurovision and European public opinion about Israel
Therefore there is a need in making peace with a remote Arab country at once! ;)

The connection between Israel and the Eurovision is obviously that Israel participates in it.
The rest I said only half seriously although there is some truth in it. Ill try to clear my point
History shows us that there are two combinations that mean - Israeli victory:
1 – There is some peace process in effect
1978-1979 Israel wins and peace process with Egypt is finished
1998 Israel wins and peace talks between Netanyahu and Arafat take place. They are remembered as the Y conference I believe.

2- the singer is Yemenite by origin. Don’t know why.. that’s how things are and I mentioned it somewhere.. Never mind. :)
