I like those kind of projects...

maybe they want it to look like a 'pearl' so thus new color scheme is white.
BIG MISTAKE!
white in jakarta will look dirty coz of polution.
you need something 'green' like the old color.
blah.

yea well they should make it like Pakubuwono Residents (the Greenery only thoo not the building) cuz they planted a hectare full of Trees on the bottom and boast that when you see from the highest floor you can only see a green Carpet...

yep, they're still plannign to build it. The sign/rendering was up last month when i was there.
