USA China Canada Russia Brazil?

It's too easy just to name the biggest countries in the world, clear that they have huge areas of land and diverse landscapes!

I don't want to make a classification, firts because our knowledge is very partial (we certainly know more countries like the USA because we are used to seeing the on TV but we surely know little some beautiful landscapes in other countries.) and second it's nonsesne to compare different landscapes : can't tell if the desert is nicer than the Amazon or the Himalaya.

The reason why I havent voted for the likes of America is because when you go there ladscape is the last thing that hits you unless you go to the grand canyon or Niagara Falls but even that is ruined by cheesy and tacky neon lights. there's no consistant beauty which you find in the countries above. Because they are so small everything's so much closer together and easier to explore. Sure none of them have deserts or Magnificent mountains but I classify Castles and Ancient forts on top of hills and in the Mountains as landscapes, the historic cities in the countryside as landscapes, not just geographical but the whole topography of the countries listed is amazing.

USA-China--The two grandest landscapes in the world...no bias, no bullshit.

Vietnam is certainly has very diverse landscapes for a country with a land area of 330,000 square kms.

It is divided into 3 regions:

North:
steep forest mountains, misty valleys, snowy mountains peaks, poetic limestone islands (Ha Long bay), many beautiful caves and the Red river delta

Central:
Annamite range, Perfume river, sand dunes and beautiful beaches

South:
Mekong river delta, national parks, beaches and awesome lush green rice paddies.

I think we should leave out the big ones like USA, China, Russia, as they would win anyway because of their sheer size.
