St. Catherine Street is Montreal's bustling shopping street. Although home to the Bay department store, Les Ailes de la Mode, and a whole array of other shops, there are also some nice churches, squares and strip clubs all mixed together.

its not sad, they just aimed so high... their renting prices is the highest in Montreal maybe even Canada.

The Tommy Hilfiger store pays 1.25M a year in rent alone. thats crazy.

That's amazing. I think it would definitely rank with the most expensive in Yorkville in Toronto. Is that to cover construction costs too? I must admit when I lived in Ottawa, and briefly went to Les Ailes at Bayshore, it was underwhelming. Plus, in Centre Les Ailes, the store's location is too far back, and it's mismarketed (not sure what there market is though).
