The Great Hizzy! May 27th, 2005, 10:50 PM Nice looking building.
AcesHigh May 27th, 2005, 10:57 PM how much would such apartments (ok, I will call them condos for americans, since they are to sell, not rent) cust where you guys live? Is U$ 300k cheap or expensive?
5 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, 1 living/dinner room and one private living room.
Accura4Matalan May 27th, 2005, 10:59 PM Not bad :) Very nice and curvy.

consider with it's big size, $300k about twice total price at Chongqing's average price but nearly half about Shanghai's level.
sfenn1117 May 28th, 2005, 05:24 PM Looks like a nice city and a nice new building for it! I like cities built on hills.
Elmo May 28th, 2005, 07:11 PM 300k is absolutely very cheap. In the Netherlands you will pay for such an appartment of 370m2 about 1 to 2 million Euro's (1.3 to 2.6 million USD).
But why do you need 5 toilets??? I even see one in the kitchen. :?
Cliff May 29th, 2005, 04:59 AM Very nice apartment!! I would live in it anyday!
Is it in a city area?
This apartment is very cheap!!
In Singapore, a house like that (370sqm) would cost from US$1million to US$3million, depending on the location.
rocky May 29th, 2005, 12:01 PM id like to live theire
datilguy May 29th, 2005, 06:43 PM Yah, I'd live there too. :) Well in Albuquerque, an apartment like that in the inner city/downtown area would cost you twice that much(650-700k). An empty shell condo with no interior walls of the same square footage in a SIX story building costs around 225k. BUT if you move out into the suburbs you can get the above mentioned apartment for very near that cost (300k) or even a bit cheaper. That being said, ABQ is still one of the cheaper cities in America. :)

In Central London or Manhattan I think you'd be looking at 3 or 4 million pounds (roughly 7 million dollars) plus assuming it's about 350 sqm.
In central Leeds my nearest big city you'd probably be looking at about a million pounds plus (roughly 2 million dollars). That's only a theoretical estimate though as only a handful of apartments over a million have been sold in Leeds and I don't think any of them have been anything near that size.
It's a very nice looking building though, and the interiors are quite nice. Not bad at all for the countries 99th city ;)
Tyrone77 May 30th, 2005, 06:15 AM 300K cheap
AUSTIN, TEXAS
StevenW May 31st, 2005, 03:54 AM I too love the curves of the tower. Nice building, indeed! :)

actually, its not in the kitchen, its in the service area (where the clothing washing machine, clothes dryer and table to iron clothes are located). The toilet is for a MAID. Or maybe just a weekly house cleaner.
LeCom May 31st, 2005, 04:34 AM Great design
Nightsky June 2nd, 2005, 04:18 PM Looks like every floor is very high. How many meters totally?
james2390 June 4th, 2005, 02:53 AM Very cool. I like the unit's layouts.
AcesHigh June 4th, 2005, 03:15 AM @Nightsky: dont have idea about the height in meters... :(
mtb_nz June 4th, 2005, 04:06 AM wow what a cool looking building... just what my city needs :)
Giorgio June 4th, 2005, 04:58 AM Love the building
bobdebouwer June 6th, 2005, 01:08 PM Looks very spacious. In what kind of area will it be built? Can you give us some photo's of it's surroundings?

Gatis June 6th, 2005, 02:06 PM This is beautiful thread - comparatively smaller project (for world forums) is well presented, with good name of thread :)
I like this project. Regarding price comparisons - in Riga the flat in upper floors of highrise would cost some 0,7 mio EUR if built outside centrum and some 1.5 - 2 mio EUR, if in centrum.
B@dGuYoM June 6th, 2005, 02:38 PM not bad looking building ;)
Justadude June 6th, 2005, 09:44 PM Very nice, especially for a residential building.
$300k isn't bad at all for a condo of that size and location.
Liwwadden May 4th, 2006, 11:08 PM looks nice actually :)
