I'm liking First Victoria Place. Hopefully it is one of those going up soon.
Midtown Towers is mediocre in comparison, but it's still better than POV.
I don't know if you've seen today's Herald or not, but they had a long article about Midtown Towers, and there are at least 2 large renderings in their. I would post it if I had access to the online edition.
EDIT: NM, I went to SSP a moment ago and saw your comments there...

I like that First Victoria Place. Can you provide more information about it or give us a link that can point us to the right direction?

^There really isn't much info on it, besides the Land Use Approval Application. It is a mixed use project with retail base, 5 floors of office and live-space and the upper floors condos.
Marketing has not begun on this project. But it looks like a good one!
