Zhongtian International Mansion
Urumqi - China

New tallest for Urumqi. The tower, which looks extremly a lot like Liberty Place (http://www.ctbuh.org/htmlfiles/featured_buildings/big_imgs/lib5.jpg) in Philadelphia is 200 meters tall on topp of the spire. The roof soar 185 meres above ground. Construction started in 2000, and is expected to be completed in 2005.

Wow - Urumqi's in the middle of bloody nowhere. Nice building, though it looks a lot like 2Pru as well
