Portland,OR has a lot of fine heritage buildings and looks very relaxed and civilised. Adelaide, SA in Australia did a study of the Portland Light Rail MAX system, and our state leader is implementing a similar system here.The boss of Trimax has been out here to advise, and our premier was in PDX only 10 days back.

I belive Portland City is about 500,000 and metro is almost 2million.
