^^ the reality is that, for every one building that ends up being constructed, there would've been maybe 5 design proposals for it. So who knows

I tried everything to hit upon some sneak peak info bout this proposal
end up with nothing ...

i Googled it , Yahooed it , even Kompased it. but only came up with the depag website . which has nothing but some bullcrap on it

so need to temporarily neglect this building away from my mind.
