yeah, seems like a\nearly all vacant plot will be fill in in the next 3 years. only one i can see, that is offer for lease.

no, Now that plot is "For sale".

that sois so crowded now...it sucks....roads arent wide enough. the land plot opposite of this, where the old 'Forte' used to be is much bigger.....this soi sure has alot in store for it....but too much traffic.

Somehow I disagree with the traffic problem issue with Soi 24. Compare to other similar size sois such as 22nd, 16th or even a big one like Soi 42 by not counting those majors such as Ekkamai or Thonglo. Sukhumvit 24 traffic is much smoother and purge out to the main Sukhumvit faster than any other sois around.

Besides, all of those empty land plots are not only profits those residences in all the highrises around rightnow by allowing a whole-wide angle of the infinity-skyline of Bangkok Metropolis, but in the future it will also make way for a tremendous development that would brings many shops, services and stores to the area which mean life there would be much easier than the moment.

All of this win-win situation create soi 24 as one of the most "lively" soi around...:okay:

Its name is Compass Suite Hotel. And another highrise building in this soi is condominium but I'm not sure its name. I will check its detail from designer then will back to post it here.

I think I saw the neighbourhood mall in SOI 24.the one which has a polar polar restuarant.and it also has Tops market.

actually that little corner with the starbucks, tops look quite comfy .. but a neighbourhood strip mall like j-ave or tops thonglo would be nice ... traffic quiet bad during rush hour but other than that has a nice neighbourhood feel to it .. emporio will have soho/retail but not sure what type or how big ..

yes there is the Camp Davis (which, besides Star Bucks, is quiet). But the Marketplace is pretty nice and the Au Bon Pain is probably the nicest one in town. Lots of trees to sit under. Once the other buildings are up, more retailer will follow for sure. The only thing missing, is a decent sidewalk. But that might come one day.
