Go Harbin Go!!!! This is what california should be building to solve its "housing emergency". Insta housing for 10's of thousands of people!!!!!!!!!!!! I love this shit that China does. Sir we need housing, "Okay build it now!!!". No NIMBY's no worries mate just raw unadulterated density and housing for the masses.
