Here's one under construction at 625 West 42nd Street. It's 46 stories/478 feet and the architect is Costas Kondylis & Partners. It's a residential tower with 478 units. Under Construction from 2004 - 2006

It's on West 42nd street between 12th and 11th avenues, a crane is now up at the site but the construction is still in the preliminary stages. Another nice glass tower that extends the midtown skyline to the river!

nice place. prices seem high though. like the use of materials. anyone look at modle yet? any thoughts? appeciated.

this tower looks much taller that what they report. She's also amazingly photogenic

I like the design wide and slim.

Yeah, the real building actually turned out better than the rendering, very imipressive!
