Hardly. In style, it resembles Hollywood and Highland. And that's far from art deco.

actually, it has a few elements of art deco (main entry canopy)but not enough to call it an art deco building. google art deco and you'll see what i mean (i don't feel like finding a million pics for you, sorry)
