In my opinion, a transatlantic hoovercraft service, using hoovercrafts capable of transporting cars and trucks (similiar to that used on the British Channel) would make sense. However travel times may take perhaps 3 days, but this would be not a great disadvantage, because it would reduce jet lag problems and if travellers can sleep in a small cabine in a real bed, I believe that travellers not so in hurry would like it. On the other site, it may be perhaps attractive for individual tourists, if it allows to take your car on the other site of the Atlantic.

But maybe for some tourists wanting to take the car and with alot of time.

But i don't think it has the slightest chance of being feasible!

It'd probably easier just to chuck your car into a shipping container and ship it across if you really had to have your own car.

Or how about just building a cruise ship that can carry cars? It'd be a lot more comfortable that way if you have the time.

Not impossible. A better service could serve the Caribbean. Especially if you could take you car from say Miami to Cancun or even the South American Caribbean.
