The Dexia Tower will be 144m high and will have 37 floors. They are already at 26 floor i think. The building is located at the North district in Brussels.
It will be, after Tour du Midi, the tallest building in Brussels.

It's a nice tower for a city like Brussels. In comparison with the other buildings in Brussels, this one is already a step forward!

I'm not sure about this one yet, it isn't a masterpiece, but maybe it blends in well with the other buildings...

aww, is that a 'spire' on the top??? it's ugly.
the only colors of the building are blue and black. and than on the top white. it isn't agood combination, or aren't they finished with the paintingjob?

It hasn't got a paintjob.... The entire building is covered with glass, incuding the roof.
And yeah the building is quite massive: above ground: 88.086 sqm ; under ground: 23.717 sqm

Here's a pic of how it wil look like. The building to the right is 100m high.
The building to the left is U/C and will also be 100m...

It doesn't like a 140 meter tower because it's waaaay too fat.

Sydney once proposed a 4 tower project in 1986 called WORLD SQUARE. The design was shleved and dif designs were chosen and still uc with 3 of 4 towers built. The dexis Tower looks like original World sq squashed together. ill post a pic when i find one,

Not so original? It looks nothing like the building you post, which IS just ugly! Dexia-tower is very cooL and has A nice architecture. You should see it in real! Indeed, a big step forwards for Brussels!
