After Sari, Chalus and Babol, I think Ramsar is the largest city in Mazandaron and of course one of the most beautiful ones! :)

Ramsar is not a large city by population!

1.Sari: 424,000
2.Babol: 421,000
3.Qaemshahr: 328,000
4.Noshahr: 215,000
5.Amol: 298,000
6.Behshahr: 177,000
7.Tonekabon: 174,000
8.Babolsar: 155,000
9.Chalus: 111,000
10.Nur: 95,000
11.Savadkuh: 69,000
12.Ramsar: 64,000

they are building a lot of high rise and medium rise apartment buildings in that province.

it also used to be a hotel. now it is still a hotel with out the casino

I see, good idea. Looks like this area has really nice weather in the summer but freezing in winter.
