At a fifteen minute drive from the air port, right on main Sheikh Zaid Bin Sultan Road (to honour late UAE President Sheikh Zayed), previously GT road, Gol-dcrest is situated against the scenic splendour of Phase II, DHA, ISB.

One of ISB’s newer areas, DHA Phase II has been planned to provide all the latest amenities such as underground power and telephone cabling, broad streets with an efficient drainage and sewage system, and a direct link to the Motorway, which will cut down commuting time and facilitate access for both residents and visitors. The usual stuff.

Built against the breathtaking backdrop of Margalla Hills, Islamabad has the distinction of being Pakistan’s most well organized city. Al-Ghurair launches highrise residential project (Goldcrest Isb)

ISLAMABAD, 3 JUNE: Al Ghurair Giga Pakistan (Pvt) Limited, a subsidiary of UAE Group of the same name, with rich experience in development of real estate projects on Thursday launched their high-rise apartments complex here in Phase-11of Defense Housing Authority Islamabad. Named as Goldcrest DHA Islamabad, the project will be built over 40 acres of land, comprising a mix of high and low-rise towers, providing according to Chief Executive Haji Rafiq, a unique range of managed services to its residents not offered in other real estate schemes.

The high-rise towers will be 28-storeyed being designed by leading international and Pakistan-based architects and town planners. The master plan is a blend of modernism and cultural heritage of Pakistan. Landscaped gardens and lawns, featuring ponds and lakes and clubs will surround the luxury towers. Construction is to start within three months and would complete within three years.

Additional features of the project include sports facilities, mosques, swimming pools, captive power generation, air-conditioning, high-speed elevators, modern telecommunications, high-speed internet facility, cable television and range of smart home features to choose from.

The project offers 2 to 4-bed apartments and penthouses with private gym and swimming pools.

Haji Rafiq told newsmen that Al-Ghurair Giga Pakistan (Pvt) Limited is part of the Al-Ghurair Giga Group of Dubai, UAE and has a long history of developing and managing large real estate projects in the Middle East.
