سخنگوي شهرداري تهران اعلام كرد: بازديد عمومي از برج ميلاد در سه ماهه اول سال آينده محقق خواهد شد.

سيد محمد هادي اياذي در گفت*وگو با خبرنگار «شهري» خبرگزاري دانشجويان ايران (ايسنا)، اظهار كرد: بازديد عمومي از برج ميلاد به معني شروع برنامه فروش بليت و فراهم شدن امكان بازديد براي همه مردم است و تا اوايل سال آينده زمينه*هاي لازم براي امكانات رفاهي و حمل* و نقلي شهروندان فراهم خواهد شد.

وي با اشاره به يك ساله بودن زمان بهره*برداري آزمايشي برج*هاي بلند دنيا، خاطرنشان كرد: برج ميلاد نيز در حال طي همين دوره آزمايشي است و در اين فاصله نيز گروه*هاي زيادي از برج بازديد داشته*اند.

به گفته ايازي، در حال حاضر و در برخي از روزها تعداد بازديدكنندگان به حدود دو هزار نفر هم مي*رسد و گروه*هاي خارجي زيادي از برج بازديد داشته*اند.

وي همچنين در مورد تكميل رستوران گردان برج ميلاد به عنوان يكي از جذاب*ترين بخش*هاي برج، يادآور شد: رستوران گردان آماده است، اما در حال تكميل بخش آشپزخانه و نماي داخلي آن هستيم و قطعا تا زمان بهره*برداري نهايي و بازديد عمومي اين رستوران سرو غذاي گرم هم خواهد داشت.

سخنگوي شهرداري تهران ادامه داد: در حال حاضر در مرحله انتخاب پيمانكار و سرمايه*گذار در بخش رستوران هستيم.

به گزارش ايسنا، ميرصادقي ـ مديرعامل يادمان سازه ـ نيمه بهمن ماه سال جاري با اعلام اين خبر كه تاكنون بيش از 78 هزار نفر از برج ميلاد بازديد كرده*اند، به ايسنا گفته بود كه تاكنون بيش از 70 هزار نفر از خانواده* معظم شهدا از طريق مناطق بيست* و دوگانه شهرداري تهران از برج ميلاد بازديد كرده*اند. همچنين تاكنون بيش از پنج درصد ثبت*نام*كنندگان در سايت شهرداري تهران و نيز برندگان برنامه تلويزيوني دوهزارمين پله و مسابقه SMS به قيد قرعه از برج بازديد رايگان داشته*اند.

وي عنوان كرده بود: حدود 170 هزار نفر در ثبت*نام اينترنتي پورتال شهرداري تهران در فاصله دو هفته فرصت، ثبت*نام كرده*اند و در مرحله دوم بازديد*ها، بخش بيشتري از آن*ها براي بازديد معرفي مي*شوند و به بخش عمده*اي از درخواست بازديد*ها تا حد امكان تا پايان سال رسيدگي خواهد شد.

ميرصادقي با اعلام اين مطلب كه بهره*برداري رسمي و بازديد عمومي از برج از اوايل سال آينده آغاز مي*شود، گفته بود: همزمان با بازديدهاي آزمايشي مطالعات امكان*سنجي و بررسي مواردي از جمله محل*هاي پيش*بيني شده براي فروش بليت، فروشگاه*هاي عمومي مورد نياز بازديد كنندگان، امكانات اوليه نظير تاكسي سرويس و غيره به عنوان اولويت*هاي مورد نياز بازديدها در حال تدارك است، تا براي زمان بازديدهاي عمومي با كمترين نقص مواجه شويم.

به گزارش ايسنا، بهره*برداري از برج ميلاد شانزدهم مهر ماه سال جاري آغاز شده است.

Public Visits to Milad Tower Open in Summer

Tehran Mayor Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf told inaugural ceremony of Shahid Rajaei Museum that at present, Tehran citizens visit Milad Tower every Friday and priority has been given to families of martyrs, war veterans, elites, and teachers.

Also, Tehran citizens who have registered to visit the tower will visit it in summer.
SAMA quoted Tehran mayor as saying that Mirsadeqi, managing director of Yademan Sazeh Company, has been injured during the project, but the project is still underway.
The mayor said final stages of Milad Tower including revolving restaurant and lobby has been given to the private sector.
Ghalibaf also noted that through coordination with Shahid Rajaei family and Martyrs Foundation, the old house of the former Iranian prime minister, Mohammad Ali Rajaei, has been turned into a museum to be used as a cultural and research place to introduce Rajaei's personality.
The mayor said according to a plan by the municipality, a cultural center will be established at a martyr house in all the 22 districts of Tehran.

He's saying that Milad Tower will become a Landmark for Tehran, in addition to current landmarks. ;)

I like Milad Tower, a great addition to the beautiful Iranian capital.

Managing director of Milad Aseman Company (which operates Milad Tower and is affiliated to the Tehran Municipality) announced that Tehran mayor has issued an order allowing public visits to Milad Tower starting on August 6.
Golrokhi was quoted by ISNA as saying that completion of Milad Tower was going through the final stages, adding that public tours will begin on August 6.
“Tickets will be sold electronically on the site of Milad Tower at the price set by Tehran City Council” he added.
The council decided that Milad Tower should be opened last winter and public visits had been scheduled for the following spring but that did not happen. In the meantime families of veterans and special groups of academicians and guests were the only ones who could visit the tower.

گروه مسکن - در حالی که اخیرا اعلام شده بود بازدید عمومی از برج میلاد آغاز شده، اما روز گذشته سخنگوی شورای شهر به دنیای اقتصاد گفت: در حال حاضر شهروندان نمی*توانند با حضور در پای برج میلاد از این بلندترين سازه شهرشان بازدید کنند.

خسرو دانشجو با بیان اینکه بعید به نظر می*رسد فروش اینترنتی و بازدید عمومی از برج میلاد به این زودی*ها آغاز شود، تصریح کرد :برج میلاد مشکل سرویس*دهی، فنی و ایمنی دارد و برای اینکه بازدید عمومی در شرایط کاملا استاندارد و ایمن صورت بگيرد به زمان بیشتری نیاز است.به گزارش دنیای اقتصاد، بسیاری از تهرانی*ها ماه*ها است منتظر باز شدن درهای برج میلاد هستند این در حالی است که هادی ایازی، سخنگوی شورای شهر ماه گذشته وعده تحقق این اقدام را داده بود و حتی در چند هفته اخیر برخی رسانه*ها خبر دادند برج میلاد بازگشایی عمومی شده است؛ اما واقعیت این است که همین الان اگر شهروندان بخواهند قصد ورود به برج میلاد را داشته باشند، با یک کارگاه عمرانی در نزديكي*هاي برج مواجه می*شوند که امکان ورود و اجازه را به آنها نمی*دهد.
سخنگوی شورای شهر تهران در این باره نیز اضافه کرده است: هنوز دسترسي*هاي برج ميلاد از طريق وسايل حمل*ونقل عمومي آماده نيست و نسخه*هاي عملياتي براي آن هنوز جواب نداده است. دانشجو همچنین به خبر گزاری ایسنا گفت: در حال حاضر تنها گروه*هاي دانشجو و اساتيد و برخي مسوولان و نيز خانواده*هاي شهدا و ايثارگران از این برج در روزهاي خاص بازديد كرده*ا

شرکت ميلاد آسمان، اقدام به فراخوان شناسايي بهره بردار براي رستوران هاي گردان و VIP مجموعه برج ميلاد کرده است. شرکت برج ميلاد آسمان (بهره بردار برج ميلاد) اعلام کرده که قصد دارد، بهره برداري از رستوران هاي گردان وVIP برج ميلاد را از طريق قرارداد مشارکت به مدت سه سال به متقاضي واجد شرايط حقيقي يا حقوقي واگذار کند. دراين آگهي حسن شهرت، داشتن توان مالي مناسب، تجربيات و سوابق مرتبط قابل قبول، داشتن نام تجاري (BRAND) معتبر داخلي يا خارجي و نيز استانداردهاي کيفي معتبر و نوآوري در ارائه خدمات متمايز به عنوان معيارهاي ارزيابي کيفي مورد تاکيد قرار گرفته است. همچنين ارائه مجوز فعاليت صنفي از مراجع ذي صلاح، مستندات مبني بر تجربه کافي و مرتبط قابل قبول، سوابق کاري بر مبناي معيارهاي فوق الذکر و ارائه مدارک دال بر داشتن توان مالي نيز به عنوان مدارک قطعي مورد نياز براي شرکت در مزايده اعلام شده است. پس از بهره برداري آزمايشي از برج ميلاد در مهر ماه سال گذشته تاکنون مدير شرکت يادمان سازه و مسئولان شهرداري تهران هيچ توضيحي درباره رستوران گردان برج ميلاد نداده بودند. مير صادقي مديرعامل سابق يادمان سازه که اندکي پس از افتتاح آزمايشي برج ميلاد از اين مسئوليت کناره گيري کرد، در زمان بهره برداري اعلام کرد که برج براي تکميل برخي اقدامات جزيي نياز به زمان بيشتري دارد و گويا تکميل رستوران گردان نيز جزو همين ريزه کاري ها بوده که بيش از يک سال طول کشيده است. گلرخي مديرعامل ميلاد آسمان، با تاکيد بر اين که آشپزخانه دو رستوران گردان و VIP برج ميلاد مشترک بوده و مراحل نهايي ساخت را طي کرده است، افزود: رستوران گردان برج ميلاد با فاصله از رستوران VIP آماده افتتاح مي شود، چرا که تکنولوژي ساخت رستوران گردان متفاوت است. فاصله چنداني بين افتتاح رستوران VIP و گردان نخواهد بود، اما بنا بر برخي صلاحديد ها از ارائه زمان مشخص افتتاح رستوران گردان خودداري کرد.

^ I went to the complex a few days ago and it was only open to those who have registered a place on the municipality's website before which is now out of order due to high number of visitors (The guards there told the tower has 5,000 visitors each day)

Thanks, so it is open temporary for those people; you said complex: its not only the Milad Tower? What other building is in that complex?

^ It goes for the whole complex including the park, commercial buildings and Milad tower itself (basically you can't get past the entrance without proof of registration)

The red ones obviously are the plastic ones: Leather doesn't warp like that. As for the beige ones, I'm not sure.

I agree with Iman. They either do a good job, or not have a restaurant at all! Who wants to go to a cafeteria-looking place on top of a tower? I don't really expect much however, since interior design in Iran is generally quite poor.

Furniture looks OK. Not sure about the brass decoration on the ceiling though.

مدیر عامل برج میلاد تهران در مراسم گشایش "سکوی دید باز" از راه اندازی بخش های تجاری برج میلاد تهران در آینده نزدیک خبر داد.
به گزارش "تهران سما" به نقل از پایگاه خبری برج میلاد تهران ، رحیم مطهر نژاد عصر روز گذشته در مراسم افتتاح سکوی دید باز برج میلاد تهران ضمن تبریک گفتن ولادت امام حسن مجبتی (ع) با اعلام این خبر گفت : امروز شاهد افتتاح یکی دیگر از طبقات برج میلاد تهران هستیم . طبقه ای که بزرگترین قطر در سازه رأس برج میلاد را دارد .

وی افزود : با افتتاح سکوی دید باز مردم می توانند در ارتفاع 280 متری برج میلاد به طور کامل شهر تهران و محوطه اطراف برج را مورد بازدید قرار دهند.ضمن آنکه در هر بار بازدید در حدود 500 تا 600 نفر می توانند همزمان از این سکو بازدید کنند.

مطهرنژاد تصریح کرد: پس از 12 سال تلاش و کوشش همکاران در ساخت این برج ، از سال 89 شاهد افتتاح بخش ها و طبقات مختلف برج میلاد هستیم.

مطهر نژاد با اشاره به زحمات شرکت یادمان سازه در ساخت برج میلاد گفت : البته باید اقدامات دیگری در سکوی دید باز صورت گیرد که آن ها نیز به تدریج انجام خواهد شد ، از جمله اینکه درصدد هستیم تا دوربین هایی ویژه در این طبقه برج نصب کنیم که مردم بتوانند شهر تهران را به صورت 360 درجه از طریق مونیتور در شب و روز ببینند.

مدیرعامل برج میلاد تهران با اشاره به بخش های تجاری برج میلاد تهران ،یادآور شد: به زودی بخش های تجاری برج میلاد تهران نیز افتتاح می شود و امیدواریم بتوانیم با راه اندازی بخش های جدید میزان بازدید روزانه از برج را افزایش دهیم.

وی به افزایش آمار بازدیدکننده برج میلاد تهران طی 5 ماه گذشته اشاره کرد و گفت : در 5 ماهه گذشته با توجه به برنامه های برگزار شده در سالن همایش های بین المللی و بازدید مردم ، بیش از 500 هزار نفر به برج میلاد آمده اند که این در مقایسه با سال گذشته آمار چشمگیری بوده است.

مدیرعامل برج میلاد تهران در پایان ابراز امیدواری کرد که با توجه به اقدامات گسترده در برج میلاد تهران شاهد روزی باشیم که این برج همانند برج های بلند دنیا همچون ایفل روزانه هزاران بازدید کننده داشته باشد.

دنیای اقتصاد: عملیات اجرایی فاز دوم برج میلاد با انتخاب طرح برگزيده به زودی آغاز می*شود.

هیات داوران مسابقه بین المللی طراحی فاز دوم برج میلاد، پس از بررسی آثار ارائه شده از سوي 31 شرکت معماری داخلی و بین المللی سه طرح برگزيده را مشخص كردند.

هاشم هاشم نژاد، محمود گلابچی، کامبیز نوایی و محمد بهشتی كه داوري اين مسابقه بين*المللي را بر عهده داشتند در مرحله نخست از میان 31 اثر، هفت اثر را به عنوان آثار نهایی انتخاب کردند که از میان این هفت اثرنيز سه اثر به عنوان آثار اول تا سوم انتخاب شدند.

زاها حدید معمار بین المللی، شرکت مشاورین عرصه و يك شرکت طراحی و معماری از کشور چین به ترتیب به عنوان طرح*هاي اول تا سوم معرفی شدند.

اين آثار طي يك فراخوان بین المللی طراحی و معماری در خرداد ماه امسال به دفتر برج ميلاد ارائه شده بود.

لازم به ذکر است که هر سه اثر قابلیت اجرا شدن در فاز دوم برج میلاد را دارد، اما هم اکنون اجراکنندگان فاز دوم برج میلاد در حال مذاکره با سه نفر برنده نخست هستند تا در نهایت یکی از این سه اثر برای اجرای فاز دوم برج میلاد تهران انتخاب شود.

هم اکنون گروه کارشناسی در حال اتمام مطالعات و تجهیز کارگاه برای ساخت فاز دوم برج میلاد هستند.

فاز دوم برج میلاد تهران شامل هتل و ساختمان اداری و تجاری برج میلاد است.

Those buildings are ugly in my opinion, they have nothing of Iranian architecture, and doesn't fit in Tehran's architecture at all....
they could do so much better...

For several reasons I would choose nr. 1.

It is more in harmony with the Milad tower itself. And the design of the new towers is modern and beautiful with some elements from persian/middle eastern art.

i think they choose nr 2.it loks like the towers of shahrake gharb 70style.
But Surush jan,what is iranian architecture_can u show me an example,i have now clue.
And if they want to build always buildings fitting into the Common Tehrani architecture,we will never get a modern look and look like Kabul.
Thez must start somewhere.And the Area around borje Milad,Asp,third Millenium is a good area to build a cluster of highrises.
Where do u think thez should build highrise?
Shahrak is nice,Elahiye,Borje Milad area,District 22.
Should the start in Shush?

anyway, modern architecture all over the world in general is similar , howver , persian designs can be encorporated into modern buildings like the new parliament

however it should be done profetionally, and not just absolute traditional architecture, but persian architecture also developed its own variation of 60s 70s apartment styles, those can also be considered persian

many of the old tehrani apartments are unique

also, if tehran kept its old traditional architecture it would look nothing like kabul

qajar era architecture is very unique

i like the third , its modern, simple, and elegant, however i think it should be way taller, and also we need a cluster to make it fit into its atmosphere, it is a bit irrelevant to shahrak gharb and milads architecture

these renders are better, I prefer number 1, 2 and 5

1: It's glassy and modern but isn't there a law that forbids buildings being build if it's more than 50% made of glass??

2: It fitts well in Tehran's architecture and style, and simple but classy at the same time.

5: It has a nice design and goes well with the other buildings next too it, but the bad thing is, it looks too 70s so, it wouldn't make a modern skyline, maybe a classy one.

but I personally think number 2 or 5 will be build, because the others are too glassy and not only that, I just can't imagine the IRI let those be build haha

true but anyway I think they will choose the second one, which is nice too, the others are not in their laws I guess, but anyway maybe it's good this way, because Iranians can't even build a proper 20-30 story building and if they do it takes like 10 years or more and with alot of corruption and mostly with cheap materials, let alone they will build such a big glassy project, under this regime and corruption and "workers" we can't even build one of these, atleast not in time, maybe the second one...

Actually I also had the same thought. Nr. 7 also looks like Hadid´s design. I don´t like it as much as nr. 1 though.

I hope they pick nr. 1 :)

آغاز احداث 24 هکتار فضای سبز، هتل های 20 طبقه و مرکز تجارت جهانی در برج میلاد
وجود زیرساخت ها و امکانات لازم برای جذب بیشتر گردشگر داخلی و خارجی، از جمله نیازهای امروز برج میلاد به عنوان نماد هویتی شهر است که به گفته مدیرعامل این برج، هم اکنون احداث هتل های 20 طبقه، مرکز تجارت جهانی و توسعه فضای سبز در اطراف برج میلاد آغاز شده است.

قریب به دو سال و اندی از بهره برداری برج میلاد تهران که سالها مهندسان و متخصصان داخلی و مدیران شهر خون دل برای ساخت آن خوردند می گذرد و اکنون مدیریت برج در حال تبدیل اراضی اطراف برج به محل هایی برای ایجاد زیر ساخت های لازم برای جذب گردشگر است.

"فرزاد هوشیار پارسیان" در این باره با اشاره به وجود بالغ بر 64 هکتار اراضی در اطراف برج میلاد می گوید: مدیریت شهری قصد ندارد به ساخت و ساز گسترده در این زمین ها و ایجاد کاربری های متعدد در آن بپردازد و از این رو در تلاش است بخش عمده ای از این فضا را به فضای سبز اختصاص دهد.

به گفته وی، از این رو احداث فضای سبز و جنگلکاری در بالغ بر 24 هکتار از زمین های اطراف برج میلاد آغاز و بیش از شش میلیارد تومان اعتبار برای شروع جنگلکاری اختصاص داده شده است و بالغ بر یکهزار و 500 کارگر نیز مشغول توسعه فضای سبز در اطراف برج میلاد هستند.

مدیرعامل برج میلاد تهران اظهار می دارد: در تلاش هستیم تا پایان تابستان امسال شرایطی فراهم شود که خانواده های تهرانی امکان حضور و بهره مندی از فضای سبز اطراف برج میلاد را داشته باشند.

هوشیار پارسیان همچنین از آغاز عملیات اجرایی احداث دو باب هتل 20 طبقه پنج ستاره به همراه مرکز تجارت جهانی در اراضی اطراف برج میلاد اشاره کرده و می گوید: از دو ماه قبل، عملیات تجهیز کارگاه و خاکبرداری آغاز شده و در بازه زمانی 60 ماهه، هتل های برج میلاد و مرکز تجارت جهانی بهره برداری خواهد شد.

وی تصریح می کند: وجود زیرساخت هایی همچون هتل در مجموعه برج میلاد از نیازهای حیاتی برای جدب گردشگر است و شهرداری تهران در تلاش است حداقل نرخ های ممکن را بر این هتل ها برای افزایش امکان استفاده گردشگران فراهم کند.

مدیرعامل برج میلاد تهران همچنین با اشاره به استقبال 160 هزار نفری شهروندان تهرانی از جشنواره نوروزی برج میلاد، خاطرنشان می کند: در تابستان سالجاری برپایی نخستین جشنواره تابستانه برج میلاد نیز طراحی شده و امیدواریم با استقبال شهروندان نیز مواجه شود.

در طراحی های صورت گرفته برای اراضی اطراف برج میلاد، احداث مکان هایی چون پارک فناوری نیز دیده شده است که هوشیار پارسیان نیز در این باره گفت که تیمی متشکل از معماران و طراحان برجسته ایرانی در حال طراحی چگونگی اجرای طرح جامع و سند راهبردی برج میلاد در فاز های بعدی نیز هستند.
