Observations
1. The look and feel of First Street will be forever changed, once these projects (and a couple others I didn't take pics of) are completed.

2. There's a significant amount of towers rising on the west side of First Street.

3. The City of Jacksonville Beach missed a perfect opportunity to convert First Street into a more lively scene, by allowing new developments to line it with parking garages.

4. The densification of Jax Beach, should create a larger market for bars, restaurants and retail, in downtown Jax Beach.

Jax Beach is starting to look so different from what it used to just a short time ago. I haven't been out there in ages. I need to go back to check out all of this new construction action.

Kinda reminds me of Sarasota, with the scale of the projects.

Can't believe how much that area has changed. Too bad it won't change any more thanks to the 35-ft amendment.

Yeah, that sucked. However, developers have filed a lawsuit to get that overturned, since they've investmented millions of money in property, that up to late last year, could be developed into high-rises.
