skyline... cost is one of major criteria in projects, here or there..

the first intial cost estimation was about QR 270 million and after some modification and increasing the area's with inflation/incraesing of materials/labours construction in additioan of complexity of design :cheers: its become more than QR 670 million.

QNB Management start to pre-qualifing the interantional consultant offices and design in progress...

Offcourse skyline cost is the biggest issue. It always is. Besides this is done by a bank not the govt, regardless if its the national bank or not.

Well I guess an approximate 300% increase in costs is even too much for Qatar!! Oh well this design was a bit far fetched anyway...
