Not spellbindingly modern, but quite charming in an Andalusian sort of way...

Fully sold out as it is located very near Nanyang Primary in District 10. Situated just behind HCJC/The Chinese High, you'll have to wonder how the residents are gonna cope with the school bells and noise from the school, especially on Saturday mornings.

its style somewhat reminds me of Carribean at Keppel Bay - Pure white version.

its so close to hcjc that during the construction phase i thought it was part of some extension... less than 200 metres away i should say.

Savannah might be interesting for you. It's a safari-theme condo development. However, rather far from city.

hmmm... don't have the info about Savannah to show you. It's featured in Straits Times before and many times in their adverts.

It looks really unique and nice. Only thing is, it looks more for children :lol:
