if all of these new islands around bahrain are land reclamation projects....

i mean, bahrain will double in size if all these will be realised

guys this map releazed few years ago, that's what bahrain is going to look like in 10 years with some changes.
some of the reclamation area were rejected by the nuwab like fasht al 3athem, and work already started on some like the islands next to busatin which will be connected to the southern area (seef, Saar, and Budaya) by new bridge and train as mentioned 2 weeks ago in the newspaper

By the way most of the islands in the map are already exist, they are fshoot you can walk on them when it's low tide

Wow, we're going to grow so much its ridiculous...! I hope this happens though...soo all those funny shapes are going to be actual islands....And Durrat al Bahrain and Amwaj aren't even shown on the map.....!

:wtf: are they tryin to be some sort of philippines there. Looks to me that we're tryin hard to be the largest country in the gulf hehe, what a jungle. Man although these are goin to move the country forward if they ever build all of this, it really messed up the shape of the country. I wonder why they don't build up more in the country but, I know why. Anyways, this will definately need a train and easily $20 billion (least thing). Don't forget b3d two seas to really make things funnier and durrat and amwaj, ya salam 3la il fan.

Qatar - Bahrain causway is not there, because it was approved after this drawing.

Although its old map shows what we will be in the future I don’t like it at all :( and I think they planed it randomly !
