View Full Version : My trip to SHANGHAI
RafflesCity June 8th, 2005, 11:12 AM Just got back from Shanghai, and it was really the most interesting and eye-opening experience for me. (I also saw Hong Kong, Shenzhen & Guangzhou) IMO it is truly an amazing city, its a large city with immense beauty and a very powerful one. You cant helped but be impressed with it, and with China's rising might :cool:

Nanjing Rd..I love this area..always bustling with activity and they pedestrianised the place...reminds me of London's Picadilly Circus.

the traffic is a bit wild..lots of bicycles on the road

yeah, i don't really like the pineapple either. the crown's really nice, but the rest of the building looks rather mediocre and even a bit sinister, definitely no match for that wonderful crown.
