I think when Carrefour is opened in Kozyatagi other buildings rised around it.

But Merter id already developed... Also I don't thik Carrefour effected this area. Carrefour came here because it was developing, imo

Hahaha, here is not merter, not Zetinburnu or anywhere else... Here is Bakırköy- Osmaniye, close to Veliefendi Hypodrome... :) I know this place very well, it is also not on E5 but close

Other side of E5 is Bahçelievler, Merter clossroad, but this area is absolutely Bakırköy...

:D I also guessed that is veli efendi in front of the mall.
