The only thing I understood is 60 floors for this tower if am not wrong. Can't really understand that much although I can make some things out due to the similarity to Arabic, that is in the case of a few words.

It doesn't specify number of floors. It says it will be shaped like a whale, and 60% of the design has been completed until now. I think it also mentions that Atkins (the architects behind Burj Al Arab) will be involved.

This huge skyscraper will be built by Rah Shahr! :)

So I went to Rah Shahr's website and did a bit of searching and I found a video of this design which is supposed to be Kish Island's urban landmark. All the links posted earlier are dead but can anybody tell if this is the same design?

The client asked for changing the site location with expansion of the Under ground museum and increasing the height, The height after changing has reached to 54 M above the foundation.
