Why bother?
Nothing annoys me more than people building taller or adding tacky pieces of shit on top of buildings just to claim a title.

lol.

*yawn*

I stopped taking Dubai seriously a long time ago, only thing left now is to actually visit this cashed-up little skyscraper oasis in the Middle East.

^It's not actually Dubai, but Sharjah.

I think it's actually bullshit this time. I'd say it's much more likely that the article made a mistake and said 1022 metres instead of feet. That would be crazy!

No, it's not a article mistake. At the price 33billion = 9 Billion US$, it can't be a 300 meters proposal. Sharjah has already proposals for 400+ meters towers.

However my opinion, as stated on the relevant thread in UAE forum, is that this proposal might be turned down, becouse the landing air corridor leading to Dubai International Airport is very near.

BTW, your biggest TROLL, or better: SSC's biggest ever troll, has unlished him self again in the UAE forum.

Can you please do something about it. What's up with all these Aussies forumers that keeps comming back after countless of bans (Perth, Goran, Samantha) :bash:

I highly doubt you speak the "truth".

Not directly related, but I do remember when there was this one time when forumers were defending proposals that were obviously fake. I still think that there would be a lot of limitations to such a tall structure which don't get much of a mention.

And with all this new development, wouldn't this just result in the devaluation of all other property?
