steal construction... if it will be around 100 metre, why steal ;)

so there is a chance that it can be taller than 105 m?

Maybe :) steal construction is a litle bit different. Gives oportunity to be taller. Actually taller than 200 needs steal construction, others don't need...

The renderings are having copyrigths...

The steal isn't the head construction of the building, but concrete. The steal carries the front wall of glass, but after investigations in the designing, there comes no glass front. Only a steal frame till 105 m....

Today, for the first time I have been to Maslak.. It was great.. I liked it more than Levent. Only problem is the road between skyscrapers are a bit narrow for such a giant commercial district.

AI Tower looks fabolous.. But the green-white tower next to it close it a bit..

The claddings of Maslak buildings were not that really cheap looking when looking with bare eyes. And core of Diamond of Istanbul was pretty huge.. I don't know how much it changed since our last photo update, unfortunately I couldn't take a shot of it.

The cladding indeed appears nice and very complicated.
In fact, it is so complicated that they have not finished it yet after four years :)
Probably, they started it as something original and complex and now do not know how exactly to proceed and finish :)

Cevresindeki gokdelenlere gore cok daha guzel bi dizayn bence. Ayrica Turk bayragi cok yakismis.. Gokdelen olmasa da en cok Oyak Bank'in binasini begeniyorum Maslak'ta ben...

Ben böyle renkli isiklandirmayi secmiyorum. Hong Kong, Bogaz körpüsü yada Sabanci gibi.
Sanki turistik yada Las vegya gibi "görmemisler" gibi ve beni acikcasi rahatsiz ediyor.

AI'de calisan bi arkadasim var... Bu gorduumuz binada calisiyo. Ama binanin tepesinin hala tam bitmediini soolemisti bana 1 ay once falan... Bu arada AI baya ii bi sirket, ama hala gelismekte... Yani kurumsallasmaya falan calisiyolar belliki... Bu biannin mimari AI'nin fabrikasini da dizayn etmis. Bu arada R&D merkezleri de cok artistik bi bina... Onu da ayni mimar dizayn etmis bildiim kadariyla. AI R&D'ye iyi miktarda yatirim yapmasina ragmen, yeterli deil benim bildiim ve duyduum kadariyla...

Maslaktaki en beğendiğim bina. İlginç bi şekli var camları falanda kaliteli
