Warsaw Trade Tower is the highest office tower in Poland and one of the most interesting architectural development of the past decade. It's located out of the city center but it seems to be a pioneer of a new business district along Towarowa street. The building's primary tenant is Daewoo Motor Poland, who was also the developer.

I like the eclectic massing a facade treatments. The top could a bit more detailing IMO though... 7.0/10

Hmmmm... I used to think that building looked better... I don't like the almost never ending top, because I think it's too weird. I think the architect should have made the top less complicated. I also don't like that the antennae is kind of "taped" on the building...

I'll rate it 6/10

Not a fan of this design. Been seeing a lot of buildings that look like this lately on this forum. Like the Chiefly Tower in Sydney and that building in Turkey.

Some sides are good while others are bad. The bad sides dragged the mark down to 7/10.

189m is supposed to be quite tall.. but this building looks small.. i dont like that javelin sticking out.. but otherwise its quite good 7/10

from a few views really beautiful. from most other views chaotic and screaming. a wannabe landmark. nice height though, good for warsaw. strange location in the city, btw.. a little far from the center, no?

5.5/10...I don't like the varied shapes stacked on top of each other, there are too many colors that make the facade appear dull, the top is confusing, the antenna just sticks out of nowhere, it's all over the place.

Interesting, the flat side is cack. But the rest is..interesting.

6/10 - I really do appreciate the use of set backs and curves to break up the building's mass, and the sections done in stone have some nice detailing.

BUT...

Well, after criticizing so many modernist towers for their monotony, I still have to say that this one, in trying to avoid dullness, slides right over into chaos. There are simply too many separate "pieces" of facade that don't blend well at all. It simply looks ...And, in contrast to its generally disorganized and chaotic appearance, it has yet another flat, dull roof,,,

The 'back' of the tower (if that's what it is?) looks rather bare and unattractive.

The front of the tower is far more lively, with a nice combination of shapes and styles that merge to form an interesting structure.

The lighting at night is very nice.

the masonry and glass parts of the building play well with each other and help to make the building soar and look appealing. but the lack of setbacks on one of the sides makes the building look like it's missing its other half. also, the building's better off without that antenna.
