From the Spokesman-Review's blog site:

Huckleberries Hears That .. (http://www.spokesmanreview.com/blogs/nhb/archive.asp?postID=2843)

... All 30 units of Hagadone's new condoplex on the eastern edge of The Coeur d'Alene Resort golf course have sold for a total of $127 million, according to one Berry Picker. And the units were going for $3.8M to $4.5M, according to another Berry Picker. Today's the last day to hand over a nonrefundable $400,000 to Hagadone as a down payment on one of those condos. Meanwhile, Hagadone will discuss a plat for the condoplex and annexation of Blackwell Island with the City Council tonight.

Ya, Idaho just seems to keep growing and becoming popular. I saw the other day that houses down in McCall, Idaho on the lake were going as high as 12 million.

And with the new Tamarack Resort who knows how much higher that area will become.

I can see why, when I visited out there last year it was a great looking city with a lively downtown. I looked at moving out there (buying a house in Hayden) and the same house now (a year later) has gone up $40,000 in price.
