Couldnt agree more but it seems whatever they do in the city hits a hitch - Curzon Student Village the latest example.

HOK still have a big part to play in Eastside but they don't have quite the level of involvement that they once had. I dunno if that is a good thing or a bad thing that several other planning practices are masterplanning big chunks of Eastside now rather than the whole thing.
