Right now with all these new proposals flying around I thought I would put them all together so we gage the big daddies of Dubai towers.
1- 189 F? Burj Dubai (Emaar Properties)-U/C
2- 140 F Park Towers (KM properties) -Chance of actually being built 5/10
3- 114 F Saudi investors tower( Albakree Group) -Chance of actually being built 4/10
4- 110 F Unknown tower ( Dimentions) in Dubai marina-Chance of actually being built 6/10 (render out already)
5- 101 F fortune 101 in Dubai Marina-Chance of actually being built 4/10

Cant think of any more but if we do we can always edit this.
PS 200F pinnacle look alike is not included as its a bit too far away

i think the 140F KM has a higher chance of being built, same with the 101F.

I'd say put down the 114F and 110F towers. Put up the 101F fortune tower as it's supposed to be released this month.

Oh yeah the chances for Al-Burj in its current form with this height and name would be small, about 2/10. A 100+ floor tower by Nakheel is almost a sure thing tough so 8/10 for that.

I say the dimensions tower has a higher chance of being built than any of the others listed there, except BD ofcourse. For some reason, I cant see the KM tower happening.

Well Chicago has 2 and New York had 3. I had a thought about this and I'd say some will get built, some will be reduced and some cancelled. When the crash comes I'd say there'll be a few of these U/C but they'll be reduced in height. If you compare the Burj Dubai to the Empire state, then the Al-Burj could be compared to the Metropolitan Building that was originally supposed to surpass the ESB but was topped out at the 30th floor because of the depression.

So, after all these new project and towers which ones can we say are still in the 100 floor club and which new members do we have?

1: Burj Dubai - 160F, over 750m, U/C
2: Al Burj - Maybe not quite 205F, still very tall though, chance of being built 5/10
3: Fortune 1... sorry 125 ;), 125F, 500m+, chance of being built 3/10
4: Dimensions tower - 111F, 400m+, chance of being built 4/10
5: Princess tower - 107F, 400m+, U/C

6: BTW I think we can forget about park square towers because of the height restrictions. I'll put the chances of it being built at 0.2/10 :hahaha:

and the recently re-approved Badriya tower! oops its 80f but over 400m
