wow, you did get around after the meet...hope you had a good time. I would say that the Buffalo meet was overall a great success, we all enjoyed ourselves and shared knowledge and ideas thru the entire meet.

Dude (Jaybird), you don't necessarily need to tote a tripod around with you in order to take night shots...I took these (below) by placing the camera on flat services (a railing for one and a bench for the other) framing the shot then turning the timer on and pressing the shutter button while in twilight mode setting...

well, sometimes I do feel like an outsider because I am Canadian, I will admit that, but Buffalo has been a lot more welcoming to me than a lot of cities I have been to, certainly a lot more welcoming than some Canadian cities I have been to including Toronto. As a result, I give my money and patronage to the businesses of the City of Buffalo and find whatever I can find to do in that great city! Thanks for the encouragement, though, BuffCity.

^ I could tell you were definitely Canadian when you accidently dropped the cap to your bottled drink in the road...then picked it up along with all the other garbage around it and threw them all out. You guys are so considerate.
