Its probably owned by a member of the royal family or one of the Kingdom's big shot business men. Its really not that rare to see such beautiful houses in Saudi Arabia, its just this one looks more like a resort!

they are 10 000 including the females, not each of them lives alone most of them live together in riyadh, there is a significant number living in the USA.. its as follow:

1.riyad
2.USA(california, texas, florida, vermont and new york in general)
3.eastern provinces
4.western provinces, (many left Taif, and the ones living in mecca left it leaving a few.. yanbu and tabuk doesnt have any so its just mainly jeddah.)
5.Egypt
6.lebanon(summer only resorts, thought there is that signer she is from that filthy family thought she never really gives her family name away she is well known its the singer who made a song for the deaf or something.)

Thought Darkblueboss for your personal information the ones king fahed, abdullah,etc. live in arent palaces its kind of a private ''city'' it has a concrete wall surronding it in the first wall at 40 000sq.ft. another wall at 30 000 then at 20 000 then at 10 000 then finally at 5 000 then there is the palace which is gigantic they usually live in a room and change very hour, or 2 and the rest is occupied by the servants. (those palaces are used by all saud members who have a little power such as in the goverment or so the poets have nothing compared to them)

If you talk about palaces people usually evade from talking about those because they consider them more as cities, and talk more about palaces owned by big businessmen.

business rr their careers? What oil have to do with it? Business men from
Arabia such as Saleh Kamel, Fetahi, Al-Rajhi, Khazenjar, Bin Mahfooz,
Khashogji, Ali Riza, Al Qasabi, Zenal, Zahid, Sharabatli, Fakeeh….I can write
pages! All are successful and they have huge houses not because of the oil!

actually ya majed they dont have houses... they have palaces :D some of them say villa thought thats ironic! Ali reza payed 450 000 million on his palace in jeddah, hassan al anani payed 800 000 million on his palace in riyad, al rajhi payed 500 000 on their palace in jeddah, thought they also have one in kuwait and damascus. seriously those deserve to be pictured! thought when i asked ali reza's oldest son he refused, and hasan al anani to they don't want ''7asad''....

i totally agree with olive touch,it's very difficult with some narrow minded people to understand that oil is not growing on people backyards,however thats not the issue ,the problem is that people are stuck on the stereotype by whom made "hollywood " i really feel sorry for this kind of people,it just they can't understand there is much bigger world outside,please just try not to let the corrupted media to influence your prospective about homogeneous societys

Come on ppl, Whats up, If the Saudi Royal Family was to ever modernize they need to be open minded and simply accept crtisism, and its up to us to be criticasl, i am not saudi my self but i am talking of the gulf in general.
when we say allah yehanehoom, what do you meen? the are already mithanyeen to the max man. when in lets say parts of Riyadh ppl are not so muthaneen are they????
Oil has been a gift Mr. that is a fact, the question is why has it not been properly channeld into the economy, why is it now that saudi akes up and not 20 years before? we wount dwell on the past, its good their is dynamism today, but i totaly agree with yehanihoom statment, i belive SOME royals need to get thier acts togther, and need to deal with the public ona more equal basis!!!!
