Will they ever build it?

Yeah I did that some months ago. Prorably the worlds most expensive bridge, but I think that will payoff within 20 years or so.

10 years ago I heard the same rumors, so I wonder how serious they are now.

btw.. why not build a tunnel for the roads so it will be driveable in the winter?
