Below is a rendering I did which shows the City of London in around 2010/2012.
The blue shape in the middle represents the DIFA Tower; exact height is unknown but has been rumoured to be up to 300m.
It will stand directly in the centre of the financial district.
"Official" renderings are due to be released in the next couple of days when the planning application is submitted, but in the
mean time here is my own.
Other future projects shown here are the Heron Tower (183m), Leadenhall Building (225m), Minerva Building (217m) and 51 Lime Street (125m).
London Bridge Tower (306m) will stand just off the right edge of this view, on the opposite side of the river. Yet another skyscraper,
the Broadgate Tower (165m) will stand just off the left edge.
Canary Wharf, in the East End of London, has a similar number of towers planned. Vauxhall in southwest London also has a
couple of 600-footers planned, as does Croydon.
