mainly for sound proof uses, because there is a large underground square right beneath the elevated highway

Wouldn't they need to clean it quite regularly to stop it covering in the residue from automobiles - doesn't sound practical, but interesting nonetheless.

kinda far out. Most grand statements such as this look a little shabby after a couple years. Pretty neat pretty neat.
