Audros rūmai commercial and residential project in Klaipeda

Audros rūmai, a modern commercial and residential building with a total area of 16,000 sq.m will be constructed on a land plot managed by Realtus UAB located at the junction of H. Manto street and M. Mazvydo avenue, in the very heart of Klaipeda. It will become a new architectural landmark and an important centre of commerce and leisure.

Audros rūmai will replace an abandoned building that will be demolished. The lower floors will house various shops, restaurants and other service facilities. Residential premises or a hotel will be located on the other floors, which will open to the beautiful scenery of the Old Town of Klaipeda and the Curonian Spit.

Third one, i do not know how it will look like in real, however the rendering looks the best out of the rest ;)

yeh 2 is awful, has no details, you cant say what it will look like, im 100% sure it would look like that.

1. has most details and interesting shape so i went for it

Actually it's more like idea competition and probably none of these will be built. Just to get an idea, how to arrange buildings and so :)

1 or 3 would fit the most into the area, but 1 is far better than the 3d.

1st looks more or less OK, others look to me like ordinary Soviet boxes from 1970ies with some insignificant "modernities"

acceptable for me :)

3 and 4 are pretty ugly. :no: Number 2 is definitely best one.
