Caesarea Property buys Jaffa’s Clock Quarter for $6.65m
The company will build 15,400 sq.m. and renovate existing buildings for commercial purposes.

Caesarea Property and Recreation (TASE: CESA), controlled by businessman Albert Nassimi, has acquired the Clock Quarter in Jaffa from the Greek Orthodox Patriarch for $6.65 million. The price amounts to $1.17 million per dunam ($4.68 million per acre). The company will build 15,400 sq.m. and renovate existing buildings for commercial purposes.
The Clock Quarter covers 10 dunam (2.5 acres).
The quarter features low Arab-style houses, and includes 100-150 year-old buildings with a built-up area of 8,000-sq.m. Protected tenants occupy 3,700 sq.m. of the space.
