Cost: 500 million sekels (~115 million $)
The Yoav Igra group initiated the project. When completed, the complex is expected to employ 600 workers.
The plan is approved with conditions but most of the conditions set by the planning commission are technical.
The resort will include a luxury theme hotel, spa and probably a golf course. In similar style to Igra's theme hotel Herod's Palace in eilat, and it may include a casino in future. It will cater for festivals held in Timna Park and it
may develop a private outdoor ampitheatre for large festivals.
Set to be the most unique hotel in Israel setting-wise, virtually in the middle of the desert.
