Another thing you didn't think of: Buildings in Internet city go under "Media Cities" sub-sub forum, while this is "Dubai Metro" sub-sub forum.

International City is the shittest project in the whole of Dubai. As a tribute to that, the thread should be closed.

i beleive this project has been cancelled , there is no news on company website which has not been updated in ages.

the developer al attar have contacted us and are offering to switch to Vue De Lac or Vista Del Lago at their Jumeirah Lake Towers projects, as Vancouver is delayed indefinitely.

They offered me replacement for Global Point in Dessert Sun in Dubailand. They offering me studio for 400,000K, where you can buy one-bed for that price from the market. They are adding 60,000 AED on the top for something.
