Where are Ontario's best beaches located? And by best, I mean:
Best quality sand
Best quality water
Best beach to relax at..
etc...
Please provide some pictures :) Thanks.

Wasaga and Sauble are the only ones that come to mind, but they're dirty.

Grand Bend and Port Stanley have decent beaches. The warmest ones are in Leamington and Point Pelee - those are nice too.

These all look great! :) But i'm actually looking for a specific beach .. I forgot where in Ontario it is and what the name was .. All I can remember was that it was huge, both in width and length .. it had a little city/town close to it .. and the sand was very clean, yellow/orangish, and it was just awesome. I was there maybe 6-7 years ago with an old friend .. I think the name starts with an "M" .. located maybe 3-4 hours away from Ajax (where I used to live) .. thats all I can think of .. Any help would be extremely great :D
Names of other great beaches in Ontario are still welcome :D

For nudity and urbaness...I'll vote Hanlan's on the Islands. Although the beach itself is not big...or pretty.

I was at a beach in Hamilton a few years ago...dispite being located directly under a hydro right of way, and the shiny black/purpilish oil colour on the sand right near the water.....it was nice! the sand further back was really fine and soft.
