the city board commity approved adding 22 floors more to the existing Ayalon tower (3rd from the right). the works would complete within one year and ahalf.
the city board commity approved anew tower - Hillcrest tower -36 floors (4th from the right).works will start in 10 months.
another 2 towers ,the left ones, are planned.

its in TA info cite and it sais that one of the plans is to make it the highest in the middle-east and on the highest in the world.

seeing it aproved there is nothing to approve.
But theres good news because over 10 towers over 30 floors each and 4 towers near 40 floors are beeing built in tel aviv and ramat gan in the next 3 years.

I don't think adding these 20 floors will be much of a problem b/c construction of the Ayalon tower was designed to be built in 2 phases, the first 20 floors phase and the second is 40 floors .
