Its ok. Its nice and simple, but the colors are a bit flat. You need to saturate a bit and work on the contrast

i agree wif korea. Saturate a bit

And sharpen too. It looks fuzzy. Plus, theres a bit of a streak of light coming in, which is a bit distracting and ruins the effect of the color contrast between the sky and grass by making already flat green even flatter. Either exaggerate it or eliminate it.

i say its an 8. if the glare on the picture was gone and it was cleary it would be a nine

I'd personally go for something with a bit more contrast and saturation, others may disagree, it's all about what you prefer.

Did you take this from behind a window or something? The subject matter is soothing, but maybe a little too dull. When edited, it produces some nice colors though.

Desktop wallpaper for xp is a sky with the grass photoshoped i rekon. looks unnatural.

I'm not that experienced with Photoshopping a photo, but it is amazing at how close this photo comes to looking fake even though it's real. Pretty amazing.
