I believe that in the near future, almost every district of Seoul will have something like the one above because Seoul is too crowded and it takes a lot of time for those who live in the non-central areas to reach the central areas like Jongro, Junggu, and Gangnam to have culture experiences. Fortunately, each district is at the level of a mid-sized city, which means that each district has a market large enough for those commercial facilities.
