no but first tower is faster......
i was today in Tel Aviv.....so beautiful is was so many people in the streets(especially in the promenade with all shows .......
Gimel tower built very fast......
the best way to see all skycrapers in Tel Aviv it's to come from Netanya to Tel Aviv:)

these towers are going to have more impact than azrieli once a few more are built,
right now 4 of the 12 are in stages of construction, and when they join tsameret
towers on one side and ramat gan's on the other this skyline will rival any great city!

this location will be neihgbourhood of residental skycrapers "Park Zameret neighbourhood"

also Manhattan(one) will build here.....great skyline to this place...all skycrapers in one place!
